Warning: tep_href_link

i get these errors when i deleted the current version from the server and uploaded the backup. What could be the problem.

 

i checked the files, they r al there

I cannot enter the admin and when i do it says this:

from error this file seo.class.php is not in includes/classes/ folder recheck where that file is if it is in there then goto line 19 of catalog/admin/includes/functions/html_output.php and see where it is looking for that file

includes/classes/seo.class.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') seems to be looking in wrong place
