reeldr Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 I've been adding products individually to my site for the last month or so. I have 3500+ but I still have thousands and thousands more to go. You can view the site at www.reeldr.com/osc Included with every part listing is the manufacturer, product name, tax class, price, description, quantity and weight. Is there an easier way to do this? I'm unable to do any php programming or anything. I've seen a couple of the easy populate contributions, will these work? Some of my parts are currently listed in Excel format. Is there any other method? Thanks in advance!
steve_s Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 if in excell might be able to make it into an sql statment if parts are on seperate lines ie add columns before each atribute first one will be insert into table ' then part name insert column with ' ' init then next column part price just keep repeating then all you do is copy excell cells wihich is populated then paste in word or not pad there is your sql query to auto populate products table
