Header Tags won't work on reinstalled site

Hi Everyone,

 

To make a long story short ... my really evil hosting company had some bad database problems and crashed my site and then finally agreed to move my site to another server. Because I keep good backups of my database and catalog files, this really hasn't been as much of a problem as I feared. However after uploading all files, reinstalling my database and resetting oscommerce's permissions, I haven't any header tags. I went back through the install file for this contrib and reset the permissions for this contrib again. However when I try to re-enter my header info all I get is :

<meta name="Keywords" content=""/>

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"/>

On the text control page for the Header Tags admin, the info that I entered for the index page appears. I have tried changing the text boxes (HTTA, HTDA, HTKA, HTCA) for the index page but still nothing shows up on the main page of my catalog. Can someone please help me?
