No e-mail what-so-ever

Customers do net recieve e-mails when registering.

e-mails from admin not working though it says it was sent.

send email is set to true

tried changing to smtp

edited classes/email.php as per solution found in forums.

This is not AOL specific problem. will not send anuwhere.

any suggestions?

Hey Bill, not sure what your setting are but this is the way I have mine set in the admin

 

 

 

E-Mail Transport Method smtp

E-Mail Linefeeds LF

Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails false

Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS true

Send E-Mails true

 

 

 

Note that the bold are the setting I use. smtp is the likely source of your problem as I beleive the default is set to FALSE but not sure as it has been awhile since I had the same problem.

Hi, I/My customers receive no emails at all aswell. I have tried the settings suggested by starcad but still no success. Does anyone else know what could be wrong/how to solve it please.
