bomberegn Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 I keep getting the error that you can write to /includes/configure.php file yet whenever i try to set the permissions to 444 like the manual says , it wont do it . It just stays at 644 , any idea what might be causing that ?

They probably restrict it to just your control panel.
