We have one oscommerce setup that has been working fine, but recently we installed another to handle another aspect of our business and now the original shop seems to have gone t**s up! (ie: it's broken and we can't process transactions via secure hosting any more.) has anyone else experienced this? if so what was the solution you came up with please?

I am running 2 and more osCommerce shops from the same domain. How are you handling databases, how the file structure, and how (like the pp poster asked) SSL?
