Tax rates gets all crazy.

Hi,

Please help me with this weird problem.

 

Tax rates doesnt add up. In Sweden we have a tax called the Moms and is at 25%.

But to get an outgoing price on (e.g $100 x 1,25 = $125) $125 i need to put the tax rate at

32.8% or close to it.

That makes the invoices all messy since it sais the tax rate is at 32.8% instead of 25%.

 

Anyone encountered this problem, any suggestions what to do? Or why it is?
