Online Ticket Sales

I need to be able to do online ticket sales. It would be best if the tickets could be numbered and possibly barcoded so the customer could print them out but keep down counterfeit or duplicate tickets. Can this be done? I have done customization to oscommerce and CRE loaded though that was about a year or two back. I found a product online based on osCommerce called osComres that does this but it does not seem to have much of a support forum and the availability of customized templates seems to not exist nor is there any information on customizing them. . I would much prefer to use osCommerce due to the awesome support community and availability of customized templates. My customer had another company lined up to do this but they flaked out on him and now his event is in less than a month and he has comercials starting to air this monday so I have got myself into a bit of a crunch. Yes it can be done, I got a shop running with a random barcode generator and text to ticket to phone. You have to make a loop in your PDF invoice, add another table to store your random numbers and that's it.
