Categories and Products

Problem:

- Need to display all categories with product listings beneath them on the index page of the shop e.g.;

Category 1:

Product1 Product2 Product3

Pic Pic Pic

Buynow Buynow Buynow

 

Category 2:

Product1 Product2 Product3

Pic Pic Pic

Buynow Buynow Buynow

 

Reason:

i only have 8 items for sale, 2 categories, 4 items each

 

 

I tried:

All Products Page Contirb but it does the following

 

Category1link Category2link

 

a|b|c|d|e|f|g|h| etc.

 

Product1 Product2 Product3

 

 

it took me a week to completely tweak osc into any specification i want except this issue

it shouldnt be that complex should it!!!

I am not sure if this is what you might want to try, but you could revise the New Products page with different wording and maybe have it on your main page. I doesn't break it into categories, but it will show all of your products on one page. Go to your "http://yourwebsite.com/products_new.php page and see if it looks like you can use it for what you want. If you need help modifying it post back. I am not a programmer, but might be able to help.
