Error on every page

Hi there

 

I've just started adding some items to my store, prior to it being reskinned, and there is an error at the foot of each item page

 

Error!

 

Unable to determine the page link!

 

Installation was automatic via my hosts CPanel, so I can't see that there was anything for me to mess up.

 

Any ideas?
