I want to remove the text "creative minds online store" and move the login "welcome" details to the top of the page. Anybody help?

you will most likely find that text in one of two files catalog/includes/languages/english.php or catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php

On a fresh install of OSC, it starts around line 290 and ends around 302 on your (path to catalog)/index.php page. Find this snippet of coding:

Replace all of that with this:
