Can someone please tell me where to remove the word "manufacturer:" in the new products page right above the word "price"? Thank you in advance.

catalog/products_new.php

<?php echo '' . $products_new['products_name'] . '
' . TEXT_DATE_ADDED . ' ' . tep_date_long($products_new['products_date_added']) . '
' . TEXT_MANUFACTURER . ' ' . $products_new['manufacturers_name'] . '

' . TEXT_PRICE . ' ' . $products_price; ?>

Remove

TEXT_MANUFACTURER . ' ' .

or maybe even all this:

TEXT_MANUFACTURER . ' ' . $products_new['manufacturers_name'] .

First, make a copy of the file (backup). In your (path to catalog)/products_new.php page (around line 87 if you're using a fresh install of OSC):

Change:

<td width="<?php echo SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH + 10; ?>" valign="top" class="main"><?php echo '' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . $products_new['products_image'], $products_new['products_name'], SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH, SMALL_IMAGE_HEIGHT) . ''; ?>

<?php echo '' . $products_new['products_name'] . '
' . TEXT_DATE_ADDED . ' ' . tep_date_long($products_new['products_date_added']) . '
' . TEXT_MANUFACTURER . ' ' . $products_new['manufacturers_name'] . '

' . TEXT_PRICE . ' ' . $products_price; ?>

To:

<td width="<?php echo SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH + 10; ?>" valign="top" class="main"><?php echo '' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . $products_new['products_image'], $products_new['products_name'], SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH, SMALL_IMAGE_HEIGHT) . ''; ?>

<?php echo '' . $products_new['products_name'] . '
' . TEXT_DATE_ADDED . ' ' . tep_date_long($products_new['products_date_added']) . '
' . TEXT_PRICE . ' ' . $products_price; ?>

Upload, and refresh your browser, and you should be okay. Good luck.
