Adding a custom order product that is not for general public

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone might have a suggestion for this sceniario:

 

We are currently using osCommerce store and all has been well. Sometimes we have custom orders that need to be purchased with Credit cards. BUT I don't want this product to show up on the "What's New Here" under New Products for the month.

 

I would ultimately like only the one specific customer to have a link to the purchasing page. Is there a way to add a product page that is not viewed by the general public and can only be reached through a link given to that specific customer?
