Nikolas Posted October 5, 2006 Posted October 5, 2006 Hey everyone, When a customer attempts to Confirm Order by clicking on the button, they are taken back to a Login Screen. The order is sent to our Gateway and our company receives a confirmation email from our Gateway (Authorize.net).. However, no record of the order is in our "Orders" section of the Admin backend of the store. I have tested this myself with my own user name, and the same thing happens. Why arent our customers getting directed to a Confirmation page and the orders appearing and/or being recorded in our database? Any help is greatly appreciated! Nikolas
