metricbikes Posted October 5, 2006 Posted October 5, 2006 I am having some problems sending order updates, order confirmations, etc. to any email that is not strictly a *.com. Any user that has a *.rr.com, *.net, etc. email address does not get the emails. Is this a known problem and is there a fix? I can send emails to them on my server outside of OSC PHP scripts but not using OSC. My server is Red Hat. Thanks in advance.
ashlyn Posted October 5, 2006 Posted October 5, 2006 I have the same problem with aol.. seems they blocked my server for a spam issue. Not sure if the OC emails come through looking like spam, or if it's because they don't show the to: list, but it needs to be fixed.. or it makes the newsletter feature worthless. ------------------------------------------------------- I used to be insane, but now I'm just nuts ;)
