shop wont open

get this massage any time i try to access the site, but the admin area works great

It worked this morning and just stopped - forgot to mention that

made no changes at all to the database, or to the shop, not even a new prodyct or price change - nothing for nearly week, and it's been running perfectly untill yesterday :/

^ thats what i get when i try to access sessions from inside phpmyadmin

 

think i'll have to revert back to a backup, anybody know what could have caused this?

i've checked the rest of the database and its fine, is there any way i can restore only the sessions part from a backup ?

ok, so now the store opens, but when i try to log in as a customer i get this
