meta tag information

guys im looking for expert advice here, in the adding product page, i have the option to input Meta Tag Information for

 

1 - Page Title

2 - Page Header Description

3 - Product Keywords.

 

could someone who is more familiar with these give me some advice what sort of data to input in those field to help with increasing crawler from the search engine.

You need to put in keyword-relevant text. If your keyword is "apples," then the title would be apples, description should be something like "We sell apples" and the keywords apples. The trick to all SEO is in picking out the proper keyword. If you have chosen to use the keyword "bad apples," and no one is searching for that phase, then no one will find you and the best SEO work available won't help you much. This applies to your non-category and product pages of course. If you have installed Header Tags and ran Fill Tags, then they are already setup for you.
