highlight customers with "unclaimed packages"

im wondering if anyone can help me with this

 

i send most of my packages cod.sometimes they come back unclaimed ( refused) etc

 

i created a order clasification folder ( like processing pending) named UNCLAIMED

 

what i want , is if someone that has a order in the unclaimed folder, the store will highlight there name in red ( well any color) for we know not to send a cod to the person as it is a risk, and am wonding if someone could guide me in the right direction.

 

i understand php, but not to the extent that i can just read it and do it myself without some outside help

 

anyones insite on this would be great

or if there is already a contribution such as this please let me know
