Login / Cart Problems

The site I'm working on is nearly complete, but when I try to walk through purchasing anything, it returns me to the login screen. This has been tested on multiple computers and with the same results. I've tried forcing cookies and still no luck. Also (I'm assuming this is part of the same problem) after adding a product to the cart, I get the message that there is nothing in my cart. If I refresh or go to another page, it will sometimes put the item in the cart.

 

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Post your catalog/includes/configure.php page. Remove your db info (location, username, password) prior to posting configure.php.

it sounds to me that you are loosing your sessionIDs and hence cart contents.

 

And if you're on a shared server, definitely store your session in the db (see last define)
