User registration fields

Hi all,

 

i have a Problem with the User registration. I only need 3 field (Name, Password and Emailadress) but the standard user registration fields are too many for me (Last Name, Name Adress). I dont need the additional fields only the three (Name, Password and Emailadress). But i am not too confirm in programing with PHP, maybe you can help me with my Problem and discipe it to me. How can I remove all the other user registration fields?

 

I am sorry for my bad English but it is only my old school English i have learned a few years ago!
