presumably you don't have a backup of your database... :(

 

can you re-install?

 

otherwise it's a SQL thing and the file can be sent....

 

I'd PM it to you if necessary but now need to go look for evening meal.

You can get a SQL command for all the countries from the install/oscommerce.sql file that comes with osCommerce.
