andytc Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 I am Currently running with MySQL 4.1.20 and our new server is running on version 5.0 ?? Will I need to make changes in order to successfully import my database?
VectorSix Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 I just did the same thing, and I did not have to change anything. I did a backup from 4.1.x and then copied the backup file to the new server and did a restore in 5.x. Everything came over fine. Good Luck, V6 :thumbsup:
