pictures don't look right

The pictures on my home page look either squashed >_< or pulled :o is this to do with my image editor or do I have to change values somewhere? and if I have to change values where?

But, are all your images identical size? I've found that if you keep them all to the same dimensions, then you will have less distortion

Absolutly as long as you specify minimum values in configuration/images

such as width 150 height 150 and all of you pics are square you shouldnt have any probs,

Something that had happened to me was that my ftp program was occasionally distorting images in uploading them.. Might want to look at the images as they end up in your ftp window uploaded to see if they survived being uploaded.
