Our site is all finished and LIVE!!! eek

The modules were all installed Paypal, Nochex etc..... but when I go into admin now I see the title:

Module Directory: /nas17ent/domains/s/smartservicesuk.co.uk/user/htdocs/includes/modules/payment/

and the modules have gone from the checkout page....plus the totals have gone including the VAT and on.

Can anyone help with this one, before my customers call us up.

Cheers Richard

It's not looking good, up at running put the payment system has flopped.

It's never just finished, always a last hurdle.

we have the same issue, no modules work. I installed on 2 servers and one did not work. It has to be a hosting related issue.

Update:

Have been intouch with the hosts and they have pointed me in the direction:

Module Directory: /nas17ent/domains/s/smartservicesuk.co.uk/user/htdocs/includes/modules/payment/

The "nas17eht" relates to windows, and we have swaped over to linux which is "fhlinux181"

Just need to find this link somewhere in the php files.

The host company has confirmed everything is set up correctly, but they cannot figure out this problem.

Guys and Girls we are really really stuck now.

All modules are down with the link in the admin, payment modules page:-

Module Directory: /home/FHLINUX181/s/smartservicesuk.co.uk/user/htdocs/includes/modules/payment/

Can you post your admin config, exclude the database info.

First - make sure that FHLINUX181 is entered in lower case.

Secondly, as Fasthosts had you on a Windows server to begin with, check in both includes/local/ folders to see if there are any alternative configure.php files in them. If you find any in the 'local' folders then rename or delete them. Windows servers do like to set up and use 'development' configure.php files inside 'local' folders.

Thanks everyone........how simple it was the case "fhlinux181" that had to be changed to lower.

Have a pat on the back.......just sorting out the confirmation page there is no total or VAT showing, i'll hunt it down in the Locations/taxes part of admin.

Thanks again

Hi Richard,

I joined Fasthosts last week on Linux server and had the same problem. Fixed everything so far as per this post, but still missing the VAT, did you ever resolve.

Thanks - Belinda.
