Show $30 or 10% Off

Hello, i am using Oscommerce as a online catalog and have removed all links to the ecommerce part.

 

At the moment prices are in $, but i would also to have some products which do not show the price but rather 10% off on all products..

 

I thought i could "cheat" and set up another currency called "%" but i can select it unless i make it my default.

 

So is there a way to have both at the same time ?

 

% could be replaced by another currency as well, but i dont want to show both on one product.

you could enter another field in product description table to hold the % then in admin create a text box to enter %off, but why not use specials unless offering different discounts % wise on differnt products
