paypal test site

Is there any chance a user could test paypal out our website at http://store.rczonecentral.com

I have a test file in category: R/C Zone Central items

It seems everyone is submitting credit card instead of using paypal.

My old site I only used paypal shopping cart and it was easy,

but I am not sure if PAYPAL works on this new OSCommerce.

Please respond here or email me if it does not work at [email protected]

THANK YOU

ok, cancel the testing as it DOES work.

BUT I found that in PAYPAL I also had shipping and taxes preferences added.

So an order would get an additional shipping and additional taxes = changed preferences to none in PAYPAL.

Works good so far.

Make sure these options are checked in PAYPAL and it works:

Profile:

-> Website Payment Preferences

- - Auto Return for Website Payments = ON

- - Return URL : http://yourwebsite/catalog/checkout_process.php

- - Payment Data Transfer: ON

- - Encrypted Website Payments: OFF

- - PayPal Account Optional : ON

- - Contact Telephone Number : ON (Optional Field)

-> Shipping Calculations

- - Choose FLAT AMOUNT

- - change all options to 0.00 for all shipping

Your shipping is calculated in OSCommerce and not paypal

-> Sales Tax

- - Do not have any sales tax

Tax is configured in your OSCommerce not paypal

Then is worked fine.

In PAYPAL you only get the total payment, but in OSCommerce it will show what the people have ordered.

Also make sure in OSCommerce Admin configuration area:

- > My Store

- - Send Extra Order Emails To ==> Put your email in here also!!

Now to get the items purchased into PayPAl during a payment process would be nice, BUT not needed as the customer and admin can see what they purchased in the OSCommerce purchase order.
