Suport System Internal Error 500

I have searched google and the forums for a support thread for this support system with no luck, so any help here would be greatly appreciated,

so i installed this contribution and everything actually works correctly (so far), except when the customer updates or submits a new support ticket it just shows a internal error page, the database is updated, it just doesnt show a success page, (if this makes sense to anyone),
