Kate Paulwell Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 Hello, Sorry if this sounds a silly question - We went live with our shop last week and we have had a few visits but no sales. I am trying to find out who has been visiting. We haven't done much in the way of marketing (we have only just started on the search engine stuff) and we have only direct mailed a small selection of customers so I am keen to find out if it is them who are looking at the shop. When I go to the 'who is online' option in admin I get to see the URL addresses, is there anyway I can find out who they are (at least what country they are from?) Our host provider does give us some stats but to be honest they don't mean a huge amount to me, they tell me how many visits, hits etc we've had but I really want to know who they are from (especially as we seem to keep getting the same URL address coming up, well it always starts with the same number) Any advice for a bit of a website novice would be greatly received! Thanks, Kate
