steve_s Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 make sure pub folder is writable 777 and download is readable 666 you might have to use 777 on download folder make sure download is enabled and redirect is set to true if linux server also order status must be se to delivered 1 last thing dont forget product attributes

ejhills Posted October 3, 2006 Author Posted October 3, 2006 One oddity.... The manuals talk about the pub(777) and the download (755) as right under the root directory httpdocs... But my distro via Plesk wants httpdocs/pub and httpdocs/catalogdownload. Is this part of the problem? Ed
steve_s Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 it shouldnt be of http/docs/pub folder it is catalog folder /catalog/pub is that 777 i made my download folder 777 dont worry about them permissions as it is protected
