I have a client who wants his osCommerce cart to charge tax to orders if their billing OR shipping address resides in the single tax zone that he has set up. And yes, he's aware that this isn't necessarily the correct (read: legal) way to apply tax. He receives almost 50% of orders out of state that are shipped to addresses in his state (store is on state border, very popular in both states). Does anyone know where in the order_total module I need to make the adjustment? TIA.
