I have deleted my admin/catergories.php bit Does anyoone know if there is a 'default' or example I cud copy/paste, or what can i do to get it back???

You could try to download oscommerce, unzip it and just upload the admin/categories.php file.

 

And form now on if I were you I would start to BACK UP EVERYTHING often.
