Protx From - all form fields blank

Hi,

 

I have installed the protx form module 1.09 and it is working fine except for that seemingly at random when one gets to the confirm order page (the last page before you are sent to the protx server) the form variables are not there... at all, there is just the form with the action url and that is it,no order information, no vendor information nothing.

 

If you click refresh then the page is refreshed and the variables are there and the order may proceed as usual.

 

This does not happen all the time, but does happen worryingly regularly... anybody have any idea what might be causing this?

I suppose this is nothing to do with the protx form module: you are still at the osc pages. The protx module only plays its part AFTER you click the Confirm Order button, and installation of the protx module does not require modification of osc in anyway. So you may be wasting your time if you look at the protx module for the problem, unless the problem is not actually what you described above (the form with the action url, etc ?).

Hi Ken,

 

You are absolutely right, I had a problem with the selected payment module not being sent to the final confirmation page. Did a bit too much messing in the code and erased something i shouldnt have, once i got it back in again, all ok.

 

I feel a bit of an fool now :blush:
