Share cookie info with SupportSuite

Hi,

 

I have oscommerce installed on www.domain.com & Kayako SupportSuite installed on support.domain.com. What I'm trying to do is share cookies between sites so that users only have to login once - what I can't figure out is how to make the osc cookie contain the required info for SupportSuite (or visa versa).

 

I have the cookies configures to .domain.com so the cookie should cross to the subdomain - it's the actual cookie content I can't figure out.

 

if any one has any suggestions, I'd appreciate some direction.
