How do i change my main page text?

I haven't changed the text in my main page for quite some time now. I forgot which file to edit. Anyone help me out?

The main body of the page is in includes/languages/(your language)/index.php on the default version

either /catalog/includes/langauges/english.php or /catalog/includes/langauges/english/index.php as an example
