movieseller Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 I have a couple of images that appear on all pages of my w.i.p. site www.retrological.com/catalog the angelina jolie one at the top and the sun/cloud one on the left column. At the moment they are just images and don't have any practical use however I would prefer they linked to a search, ie. if you clicked the angelina jolie image it would go to the search results for "angelina jolie" etc. So, my questions are: 1. how would you do this ? 2. Would it be then possible to have the image/link different every time the page refreshes? Sort of like a banner would do? Except rather than linking elsewhere, all the links would be for instore searches relevant to the image shown. Help would be appreciate greatly! Thanks
movieseller Posted October 3, 2006 Author Posted October 3, 2006 oK, I'm guessing the easiest way would be to use banner manager, correct? But as I know very little (i.e nothing) about php, I don't know how to change the image link to the code needed to link to this banner code. Any pointers?
digbydo Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 Take a look at includes/footer.php one-click installation.. Dave's info
