Payment status for customers

Heres whats going on, my client is getting multiple orders daily. She accepts paypal and credit card purchases, not checks and money orders. Is there a contrib that will allow her to view quickly who has paid and who hasnt? It is getting difficult for her to keep track of who has paid and who hasnt. She would like to use one of the two options:

1. somehow not send her an email to notify her of the order, but possibly keep track of the order in her admin.

2. show a page in her admin that shows her who has paid, and who hasnt and perhaps give her the option to manually update that on her own in case a person perhaps pays a couple days later.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
