New install not showing any categories urls

Hello

 

i have just installed this great contribution but i am not getting to see the sections of the url im getting

 

category links as

 

http://www.mydomain.com/-c-80.html

 

and product links as

 

http://www.mydomain.com/-p-1365.html, it should be (if i am understanding it right)

 

http://www.mydomain.com/archival-filing-ar...age-p-1365.html

 

everything else is working ok just not sure what i have missed

 

any advice
