Adding a Template to current OSC, with out data loss

Ok so here we go, I have a osc install that's about 3 years old, complete with 3 years of customers, and data. I have a few mods installed, but honestly I couldn't tell you all of them Ones that I know of are

 

Affiliates

CVV

Info Manager

Vouchers/Coupons

Supporttickets

Recover Carts

Feeder Systems

and a few Custom Mods

and I'm sure a few other mods.

 

I really need an updated look to my site, and I know I can buy templates from Template Monster or many other places, but from what I can tell, these install on a FRESH OSC... so If I were to overinstall, I'd loose all my data, all my mods everything... CORRECT?

 

Well This can't take place! I NEED my Data

 

Is there anyone that can let me know how to do this OR better yet, want to change the looks of my site with all my data in tact?
