Can't delete old coupon

Hi. The discount code contribution is great. But I'm having a problem. I can't seem to delete a couple of old coupons. When I click on them, the "edit" and "delete" buttons do not appear.

 

The only thing that I know that happened was I tried to re-enter a coupon code and I accidently used a coupon code already used before. After that, the coupon can't seem to be deleted.

 

The error I got was:

 

1062 - Duplicate entry '#OCFS1510' for key 1
