"Where do you come from" in checkout process

Hello,

 

I'am searching for a distribution that makes it possible to show a question as "Where do you come from" in a selection field in the checkout process.

 

Example of the selection field:

Google

Kelkoo

Friend

Other

 

It would be nice if the field selection fields can be created and modified in the admin tools.

 

Does someone know if this distribution exist or someone how can create it?

I created something like this for a customer's oscommerce store that did exactly that. Her store is no longer online, but I could send you some of the code used if you like.

 

It was a matter of setting up a new dbase table, creating admin page to add new values, altering the customer admin page to show same info, creating new admin reports to show by date / month, and altering the registration page.

 

The only issue is that her store is no longer live, so it would take me few days in my spare time to look over the dbase and pages needed for changes.

The first one is much better than the one I built. I think I am going to have to incorporate that first one into our development cart.
