Can oscommerce do this?

I need to create a real estate website that allows agents to logon and place adverts but they need to pay for each advert they place on the website, and be able to maintain that advert.

 

So I there fore only need the online store functionality when a user places an order for an advert and the main website looking like any other real estate website with people being able to look for places to stay.

 

I basically just want to know if oscommerce can do this? (http://www.houseladder.co.uk/Welcome.aspx) is kind of the functionality that I am looking for?

I would highly suggest against using oscommerce for this type of functionality since it would not only be some major work to do it properly, but there are too many variables involved based upon your credit card processor, adjustments to the account page for renewals, etc.

 

You may wish to seek out an existing script that does these things already on a place like hotscripts.com.
