sumo Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 I've been working on my design for a couple days now but uploading files to see the changes has been taking too much time so I set up a local server for testing. When I start installing oscomerce everything is fine but when I reach the 3rd step (after you put in the database info) only the top of the page is showing (the entire bottom of the page is blank). I'm assumiong its some problem with my server configuration but I have no clue where. Does anybody have an idea what could cause this?
dave111 Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 Try setting 'display_errors' to 1 in your php.ini It sounds like a PHP error may be occuring, but if you have display_errors set to 0 the error itself wont be displayed. *This is just a possibility
sumo Posted October 1, 2006 Author Posted October 1, 2006 I tried that and it didn't work. I'm looking through the php.ini file now to see if there's anything that could cause that. I'm also wondering if this could be as a result of any other settings. What do u think?
