Hi all

New to this board so please be gentle. :)

I installed OSCommerce quite easily and have many pages configured etc...

I have set up products and they show all the attributes but the cost is always 0

I have checked the database and the field actuall contains a value but no product shows it...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :(

Did you created a new default currency?

In the edit did you put 1.0000000 as the value and then click on update currencies button ?

and in the catalog/includes/languages/english.php around line 36

// if USE_DEFAULT_LANGUAGE_CURRENCY is true, use the following currency, instead of the applications default currency (used w$

define('LANGUAGE_CURRENCY', 'USD');

Change it to whatever you need

No longer giving free advice. Please place deposit in meter slot provided.  Individual: [=] SME: [==] Corporation: [===]
If deposit does not fit one of the slots provided then you are asking too much! :P

Can anyone assist with this? All of my products are still showing the cost field as zero. This happenned after I added the Thai language pack.

I still have this problem. Does anyone have any further information on how I may resolve the issue with the cost of products showing as zero.

Hi Sally Anne,

I just had the same problem.

I worked through the instructions of The_Bear and 241, but the problem remained.

Strangely enough after checking the page in IE everything was fine.

I'm not sure how that works, but it may have something to do with the cache of Firefox.
