Discount Coupon Codes not applied to customer order

Hi I have installed Discount Coupon Codes module ot_discount_coupon_codes_2.1 and every thing on the admin side seems to be working but when a customer orders a product and uses a coupon code it does not apply it to the order or show on the check out proccess.

 

Is there a way to fix this issue? the site that you can look at is http://www.dwmcomputers.com

 

I am open for business but the rest of my inventory has not been posted untill I get this problem fixed.

 

I am also using the paypal pro module with this as well.

 

Any help with this A.S.A.P would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

I'm having a similar problem...except mine works all the time, unless I set a Product or Category restriction with a % coupon. It works if there are no restrictions, and it works with restrictions and a fixed amount off, but not with restrictions and % off.

 

Also, are there any coupon systems where you can get a discount on each product ordered, and not just one?
