Problem with Easy Populate

I am trying to update a .txt file to update pictures/products in my store. The problem is I get this error message when i try:

I paid someone to convert my store to OsCommerce but can't seem to get back in touch with them. Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

you need to read thru the documentation which comes with easypopulate, which will answer this, as well as read through the easypopulate contribution support thread. each question is asked over and over, usually just a week apart (meaning you only have to go back about weeks to get your answers)
