customers page

Hi

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where to change the amount of customers displayed on the customers page in admin.

It shows 20 but i would like to increase it to around 100 so i dont need to click through lots of pages to find a certain one. I know i can search for a customers name but i would rather have it in front of me right away.

Any help on this would be much appreciated
