Home page products filtered for tipe of client?

Somebody knows how can I do that the diferets customers segments see diferets products in the home page?

 

With our facturation system we can especicate the segment of each user, and we want to upload the tipe of segment in each user acount, so the see promotional productos for each user. Can I do it with OsCommerce?

 

If they have never bought in my store, do I have stadistics abaut what products they click so I can determinate the segment of each user?
