Major noob question here, need some help with product catagory setup

I'm completely new to OS. Installing it was a feat for me actually lol.

 

Here is my current non-OS page/cart me and my friend made:

 

www.empireairsoft.com

 

I need to have 3 different product categories for OS too. One for Airsoft, one for paint ball and one for Military. Is there an easy way to do this? It doest need to be 3 different boxes like that even, just a way to break up the one thats there now and add separators with different headings or anything would be nice.

In the admin section go to the catalog to add products. there is a button for new catagory. click it and fill in the info. then to add products to that catagory click on the folder for that catagory and then select new product.

No no, that parts easy.

 

I need to seperate the catagories into 3 chunks like on www.empireairsoft.com but for OScomm.

 

I need to add 2 more boxes. I need seperators with a heading name.

 

Instead of the default "Catagories" I want

 

Airsoft

 

Paintball

 

Military

 

Those are not actually clickable catagories though, just headers in the box.
