Guest Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Hello: I just put up a new site and everything seems to be working properly, but when I placed a $1 order to verify everything was working properly, I got this message from PayPal: "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please click Retry or try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience. Message 3004" Anybody know what this is? I verified that the PayPal email is correct and the account has been verified. Dan
