The payment was made to us from PayPal at 00:55 PST but no order is showing up in the orders section of the osCommrce site. It does show the information of the customer who placed the order in the "Customers" portion of the site but no order information. Thanks for the help. Manny Avila

MSP Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Install and use PayPal IPN Official contrib. Basically the standard one will not write an order to your system unless the customer clicks "Return to Store" which many customers do not, and this is where the problem lies. The new system writes an order to the store before they leave to PayPal website, but if they decide not to pay they will still have an order in their history (I set mine to Preparing) so make sure they don't get cunfused and delete those orders after a day or 2
